Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can! Please call us toll free at 800-289-2242. Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm central time. If we miss you, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. It is helpful if you let us know what part of the country you are in, so we don’t call too early or late.

How fast do you ship orders?

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Local orders placed before 11:00 AM Monday thru Friday, will be delivery the same day unless specified.

What is your return policy?

Because we ship perishable food products that are perishable it is very difficult to accept returns; therefore, all sales are final. However, in some cases, you will have 24 hours from receipt of product to contact customer service to file a claim. Such valid reasons include: receiving the product, receiving excess product.
